Dr. Cynthia McCloud

Dr. Cynthia McCloud is a leadership coach, business executive, and professor at USC’s Marshall School of Business, where she directs the Food Industry Programs. With 50 years of experience leading teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, she specializes in helping executives transition from task-driven managers to people-first leaders. As the founder of ExecuLeadership, LLC, she coaches leaders through career transitions, organizational change, and leadership development. Cynthia is an ICF PCC Certified Coach and a certified expert in Servant Leadership, team dynamics, and executive assessment tools.


Kevin Coale

Kevin Coale is an executive performance coach and host of The Delta podcast, helping leaders sharpen their message, align their actions with their values, and drive meaningful change. He is the founder of Kevin Coale Performance Coaching, LLC, where he works with high-performing leaders to master communication, decision-making, and leadership under pressure. His clients have been featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 and the Today Show, raised millions in funding, and led billion-dollar portfolios. Kevin is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with advanced training in negotiation, AI, and executive team coaching.
